The GBP/USD still tests support for MA 200 H1
On Friday, the GBP/USD bargained down and closed the day in the red zone near the price of $1.3555. Today, it was traded in a narrow range of $1.3545-65, while staying near yesterday's closure price. On the hourly chart, the GBP/USD still tests for strength support - a line of a moving average MA (200) H1 ($1.3645). On a four-hour chart, the GBP/USD remains above the MA 200 H4 line. Based on the foregoing, it is likely that you should adhere to the northern direction in trade and while the GBP/USD will not finally be fixed below the MA 200 H1, it may be necessary to look for the purchase points to end the correction.
Resistance levels are on: $1.3600, $1.3660, $1.3690
Support levels are on: $1.3545, $1.3525-30, $1.3490
Probably, the main scenario is a continuation of growth to $1.3600 (Jan 21 high). The alternative scenario is consolidation below the MA 200 H1 level with a subsequent decline to $1.3490 (Jan 6 low).
