USD/CHF drops to monthly low
Today, the USD/CHF pair dropped sharply from 0.9075 to 0.8965, reaching a monthly low. The pair broke through the 0.9010 support, which became the nearest resistance. On the hourly chart, the pair has dropped below the MA (200) H1 (0.9095) moving average line and is testing MA (200) H4 (0.9025) on the four-hour chart. Based on the above, it is probably worth starting to stick to the southern direction in trading and as long as the pair remains below the MA 200 H1, it is necessary to look for entry points to sell. Technically speaking, the 0.8965 support is keeping USD/CHF from further decline for now. If this level is breached, the pair may fall to 0.8900. The upper limit of 0.9075 represents a strong resistance level.
Resistance levels are: 0.9010, 0.9075-85, 0.9110-15

The main scenario for the pair's advance suggests a breakout of the session low of 0.8965 and a possible decline to 0.8900-10 (Dec 19 and 23 lows)
