EUR/USD is trading near a 3-week low
Today, the EUR/USD pair is trading in the range of 1.0210-80, having reached a 3-week low today. On the hourly chart, the pair dropped below the MA (200) H1 moving average line (1.0420) and on the four-hour chart, the pair is below MA (200) H1 (1.0375). Based on the above, it is probably worth starting to stick to the southern direction in trading, and while the pair has gained a foothold below the MA 200 H1, it is necessary to look for entry points for sales. Technically speaking, the 1.0210 support is keeping EUR/USD from further decline for now. The upper limit of 1.0435 represents a strong resistance level.
Resistance levels are: 1.0280, 1.0340, 1.0420-35
Support levels are: 1.0210, 1.0180, 0.9940
The main scenario for the pair's advance still suggests a breakout of the session low of 1.0210 and there may be a decline to 1.0180 (Jan 13 low).
An alternative scenario implies a breakout of the session high of 1.0280, an increase to 1.0340 (Jan 21 low) and then, perhaps, to 1.0420-35 (Jan 31 high, MA (200) H1)
