Brent crude oil remains below MA (200) H1
Yesterday, Brent crude oil mostly declined from 77.04 to 75.24 and closed trading near the price of 75.38. Today, oil started trading in the range of 75.29-58. On the hourly chart, Brent remains below the MA (200) H1 moving average line (77.04) and on the four-hour chart below MA (200) H4 (77.13). Based on the above, it is probably worth sticking to the southern trading direction and while Brent remains below the MA 200 H1, it is necessary to look for entry points to sell.
Resistance levels are at: 77.04-36, 78.00-10, 79.03
Support levels are at: 74.88, 74.18, 73.02
The main scenario for the pair's advance implies a breakout of the support 74.88 (Feb 4 low) and there may be a decline to 74.18 (Dec 31 low)
An alternative scenario assumes a breakout of the resistance of 77.04-36 (Feb 4-5 highs, MA (200) H1) and there may be an increase to 78.00-10 (Jan 28 and Feb 3 highs)
