NZD/USD is testing MA (200) H1
Today, the NZD/USD pair is mostly declining from 0.5730 to 0.5690, further retreating from the 2-month high of 0.5770 reached on Friday. On the hourly chart, the pair is testing the strength of the MA (200) H1 (0.5730) moving average line, but on the four-hour chart it remains above MA (200) H4 (0.5660). Based on the above, it is probably worth following the northern direction in trading and as long as the pair remains above the MA 200 H4, it is necessary to look for entry points to buy. Technically speaking, the resistance of 0.5770 is keeping the pair from further growth for now. The lower limit of 0.5600 represents a strong support level.
Resistances are at the marks: 0.5730-40, 0.5770, 0.5790
An alternative scenario: 0.5675, 0.5600-20, 0.5580
The main scenario of the pair's movement assumes an increase of 0.5730-40 (Feb 25 high, MA (200) H1, session low) and then, maybe, to 0.5770 (Feb 21-24 high).
An alternative scenario implies a breakout of the support 0.5675 (Feb 19 low) and a possible decline to 0.5600-20 (Feb 12-13 lows)
