EUR/USD is growing and testing the strength of MA (200) H1
Today, the EUR/USD pair is mainly growing from 1.0390 to 1.0455 after a sharp decline on Friday. The pair is testing the strength of the MA (200) H1 moving average line (1.0455), which may determine the further direction of the trend. The MACD histogram is moving into a positive zone and this is the first sign of a reversal. The fast and slow lines also form a buy signal, but so far it is weak. The current situation is neutral with potential for growth. EUR/USD is at the decision point: an upward breakout of MA (200) H1 may open the way to growth, but if the price does not overcome this level, a resumption of the downward movement is possible.
Resistance levels are: 1.0455, 1.0490, 1.0530
Support levels are: 1.0390, 1.0360, 1.0320
The main scenario for the pair's advance implies a breakout of MA (200) H1 (1.0455), an increase to 1.0490 (Feb 27 high) and then maybe to 1.0530 (Feb 26 high)
An alternative scenario suggests a decline to the session low of 1.0390 and then maybe to 1.0360 (Feb 28 low).
