EUR/USD is testing MA (200) H1
Today, the EUR/USD pair is trading in the range of 1.0780-1.0810. There is a downward trend on the hourly chart, confirmed by the MA (200) H1 moving average line (1.0805), which is directed downwards and serves as a dynamic resistance level. The support and resistance levels are clearly marked. The nearest support level is near 1.0780, and the next one is at 1.0765. In the event of a breakdown of these levels, a further decline is possible. Resistance is in the area of 1.0830, a break above which may strengthen the bullish momentum. The MACD indicator is showing a weak upward momentum, but so far without an obvious bullish signal. The histogram is in the positive zone, but its value is low. This may indicate a possible consolidation before the next move. Overall, the trend remains bearish, but it is worth keeping an eye on resistance levels and a possible trend reversal.
Resistance levels are: 1.0830, 1.0850-60, 1.0915
Support levels are: 1.0765-80, 1.0730, 1.0680
The main scenario for the pair's advance implies a breakout of 1.0830 (April 1 high) and there may be an increase to 1.0850-60 (March 21-24 and 31 high)
An alternative scenario assumes a breakout of the area 1.0765-80 (March 28 and April 1 lows) and there may be a decline to 1.0730 (March 27 low)
