USD/CHF remains below MA (200) H1
Today, there is a pronounced downward trend on the hourly chart of USD/CHF, which is confirmed by a steady movement below the moving average MA (200) H1 (0.8645), directed downward. After a period of consolidation near the 0.8585 level, the price declined sharply and continued to form downward highs and lows. At the moment, the price is trading near the 0.8415 level after another downward impulse, having failed to gain a foothold above the nearest resistance of 0.8585. The MACD indicator shows a transition to the negative zone with a downward reversal of the histogram, which confirms the strengthening of the bearish momentum. The nearest support level is at 0.8360, and a further decline is possible if this level is broken. The upward correction may be limited to the resistance zones of 0.8585 and 0.8645. The overall picture remains bearish, and further decline remains a likely scenario unless consolidation above key resistances occurs.
Resistance levels are:0.8585, 0.8670, 0.8700
Support levels are: 0.8395, 0.8360, 0.8330
The main scenario for the pair's advance suggests a breakout of the session low of 0.8395 and a possible decline to 0.8360 (April 9th low)
