EUR/USD shows steady recovery
On the hourly chart, the EUR/USD pair is showing a steady recovery and has risen above the MA (200) H1 moving average, which indicates a change in the short-term trend from downward to upward. This movement is accompanied by an increase in the MACD indicator, which has moved into a positive zone and strengthens the buy signals. In case of consolidation above 1.1295, we can expect further movement to the next resistance in the area of 1.1335 and possibly to 1.1380. However, a pullback to the broken level of 1.1170 is also possible, especially if the bulls fail to stay above MA (200) H1. As long as the price remains above 1.1170, sentiment remains in favor of buyers. The technical picture indicates an increase in bullish momentum, but consolidation is possible in the short term after a sharp rise.
Resistance levels are: 1.1295, 1.1335, 1.1380
Support levels are: 1.1170, 1.1130, 1.1065
The main scenario for the pair's advance assumes a breakout of the resistance at 1.1295 (May 9 high) and there may be an increase to 1.1335 (May 8 high)
An alternative scenario implies a breakout of the session low of 1.1170, a decline to 1.1130 (May 16 low) and then, maybe, to 1.1065 (May 12 low)
