USD/JPY remains above MA (200) H1
On the hourly chart, the USD/JPY pair is showing signs of recovery after the recent correction, holding positions above the MA (200) H1 moving average, which now acts as support around 143.95. After a short-term pullback from the resistance of 145.10, the price has stabilized and is trying to form a new upward momentum, being near the level of 144.40. The MACD indicator shows a weakening of the bullish momentum: the histogram is decreasing, but still remains in the positive zone, which indicates a possible pause before another attempt at growth. The overall picture remains in favor of buyers, provided the price remains above the 200 SMA and the 143.95 level, while a return below these levels may increase selling pressure.
Resistance levels are: 145.10, 146.30, 147.65
Support levels are: 143.95, 143.45, 142.50
The main scenario for the pair's advance suggests a breakout of the session low of 143.95 and a possible decline of 143.45 (June 6 low)
An alternative scenario assumes a breakout of 145.10 (June 6 high) and there may be an increase to 146.30 (May 29 high)
