USD/CHF remains above MA (200) H1

Today, the USD/CHF hourly chart shows stabilization after an upward momentum. The price is trading around 0.8300, being just below the nearest resistance of 0.8335. At the same time, the support level is located at 0.8240, below which the next support is marked at 0.8195. The main moving average of MA (200) H1 passes below the price and is directed upwards, which supports the overall upward trend.

The MACD indicator shows weak positive dynamics: the histogram is in the green zone, but the signal line is moving almost horizontally, which indicates that there is no obvious momentum at the moment. Earlier, there was a strong upward signal on the MACD, which coincided with the main price increase.

The overall technical picture remains neutral and positive. As long as the price remains above the 0.8240 level and the moving average, there remains a chance for further strengthening and a possible retest of the 0.8335 resistance. However, the lack of pronounced dynamics on the MACD indicates a possible consolidation in the near future.

Resistance levels are:  0.8335, 0.8455, 0.8585

Support levels are: 0.8240, 0.8195, 0.8115

The main scenario for the pair's advance suggests a breakout of resistance at 0.8335 (April 25 high) and an increase to 0.8455 (April 7 low).

An alternative scenario implies a breakout of the support 0.8240 (April 24 low) and a possible decline to 0.8195 (April 24 low, MA (200) H1)
