EUR/USD remains above MA (200) H1

On the hourly chart, the EUR/USD pair shows a moderate correction after reaching a local maximum around 1.1495. There is an upward trend on the hourly chart, confirmed by the price position above the MA (200) H1 moving average, which runs near the 1.1355 level. After an impulsive growth since the end of May, the pair has consolidated several times in the range of 1.1405–1.1460, where it is currently trading.  The MACD indicator begins to form a bearish divergence: the histogram decreases and moves below the signal line, indicating a weakening of the upward momentum. This may portend a deeper correction in the coming hours, especially if the 1.1405 support breaks. However, as long as the price remains above the long-term moving average, the overall trend remains bullish, and pullbacks can be perceived as buying opportunities when confirmed from support levels.

Support levels are: 1.1405, 1.1355, 1.1310

The main scenario for the pair's advance suggests a breakout of the session high of 1.1460 (June 3 high) and there may be an increase to 1.1495 (June 5 high)

An alternative scenario implies a breakout of the support 1.1405 (June 5 low) and there may be a decline to 1.1355 (June 4 low).
