EUR/USD is trading near a 3-week low

Today, the EUR/USD pair is trading with a decline from $1.1310 to $1.1275, near a 3-week low. On the hourly chart, EUR/USD dropped below the moving average line of MA (200) H1 ($1.1350) and on the four-hour chart - slightly below MA (200) H4 ($1.1330). Technically speaking, the support of $1.1260 can keep the pair from declining. If it breaks through, prices may drop to $1.1235. The upper limit of $1.1350-70 represents the resistance level.


Resistance levels are: $1.1310,  $1.1350-70, $1.1435

Support levels are: $1.1260, $1.1235, $1.1185


The main scenario for promoting the pair  — support breakthrough of $1.1260 (December 21 and January 25 low) and may be a decline to $1.1235 (December 17 and 20 low)

An alternative scenario — breakout of the session high of $1.1310 and there may be an increase to $1.1350-70 (January 20-21 highs, MA (200) H1)
