Japan stock markets closed with losses on speculations overflow of foreign assets in japanese securities.
Main losers were Toyota Motor Corp. and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. The Minestry of Finance has informed that investors bet their profits with the maximum sells in securities sector for December 2001.
Material sector loose also including shares of Inpex Holdings Inc. and Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., that occurs by recoil in oil and copper while gold falling became largest in last 12 years.
Toyota lost 2.1%; Mitsubishi UFJ - 3.3%.
Inpex dropped 4.3%; Sumitomo Metal fall 3.7%

At the same time European shares grow on a bases of optimistic sentiment on behalf of Europe and USA economy expand that can led to further rates elevation.
Rio Tinto Group and BHP Billiton added after Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. recommended to purchase extracting companies shares.
BASF AG lead the growth among chemical producers.
Rio Tinto added 3.1%; BHP Billiton - 3% and Anglo American Plc - 2.9%.

Corporate front: Wall Street Journal informed that Regions Financial agreed to buy Am South Bancor for $10 bln. However this is 2% lower then Am South Bancor shares last closing price. Therefore probability of Am South shareholders disagreements on merge is present.
MasterCard stated shares price of IPO at $39 that esteems in $2.4 bln. First trade day - Thursday. Analyst forecasted average share cost in range $40 - $43. Shares will trade on New York Stock Exchange under trademark "MA".
On Wednesday, Vonage Holdings, Internet-provided company released it’s shares for the first time. Shares sharply dropped on 13% testify worst annual debut.
