Before the bell: investors worry oil prices and Middle East

On Tuesday the market will open with decrease as investors still
concern about oil and global tendencies especially on a Middle East. US PPI
report fueled fire to the market.
Oil continue boost despite impressing Monday drop. American light oil
firmed 81 cents to $76.11. Brent oil added 78 cents to $76.70.
Investors await further oil hike to $80. There is uncertainty about the
terms of such elevation. If oil hooks $80 till October Fed can
continue tightening and US economy will probably suspend suffers.
Futures on main stock indexes decline despite two Dow components -
Coca-Cola and United Technologies highlighted stronger than expected Q
reports.
Asian stock markets dived amid Middle East tensions. EU stock markets
also trade in red.
Corporate news. Before the bell Johnson & Johnson will publish it's
Q-earnings report. IBM and Yahoo! will schedule after the closing.
Retailer Target late Monday cut its optimistic revenues forecasts at
stores open at least a year. The company said its July growth should be
between 3-45 , down from its earlier outlook of a 4-6% gain.
Aircraft maker Boeing Co. on Tuesday announced Pegasus Aviation Finance
Co. had ordered six of its 787-8 Dreamliner jets. A deal worth about
$918 million.
General Motors CEO Rick Wagoner told the U.S. automaker would be glad
to enter an alliance with Renault and Nissan. Wagoner and Carlos Ghosn,
the CEO of those two automakers, held initial talks on a possible
tie-up on Friday and the companies are in a 90-day period to examine such an
agreement.
