USD / JPY stays above MA 200 H1

On Friday, the USD/JPY pair was trading mainly with an increase from Y108. 45 to Y109. 20. Today, the pair continues to grow, rising to Y109.30. On the hourly chart, USD / JPY is still trading above the MA (200) H1 (Y108.25) moving average line. On the four-hour chart, the situation is similar. Based on the above, it is probably worth sticking to the north direction in trading and as long as the pair remains above MA 200 H1, it is necessary to look for entry points to buy.

  • Resistances levels are at: Y109.85, Y111.00, Y110.70

  • Support levels are at: Y108.80, Y108.25-35, Y107.80

Probably, the main scenario - continuation of the upward movement to Y109. 85 (June 5 high).

An alternative scenario - correction and may be a decline to Y108. 25-35 (March 10-11 low, MA (200) H1).
