Brent crude oil remains below MA (200) H1
Yesterday, Brent crude oil was trading in different directions: since the beginning of trading, the price decreased from 76.36 to a monthly low of 74.88, during the American session it rose to 77.36 and closed trading near the price of 76.85. Today, oil started trading in the range of 76.44-77.04. On the hourly chart, Brent remains below the moving average line of MA (200) H1 (77.36) and on the four-hour chart, it is testing MA (200) H4 (77.04). Based on the above, it is probably worth sticking to the southern direction in trading and as long as Brent remains below the MA 200 H1, it is necessary to look for entry points to sell.
Resistance levels are at: 77.36, 78.00-10, 79.03
Support levels are at: 75.80, 74.88, 74.18
The main scenario for the pair's advance implies a breakout of the support of 75.80 (Feb 3 low) and there may be a decline to 74.88 (Feb 4 low)
An alternative scenario assumes a breakout of the resistance of 77.36 (Feb 4 high, MA (200) H1) and there may be an increase to 78.00-10 (Jan 28 and Feb 3 highs)
