There is a steady downward trend on the NZD/USD hourly chart today. After an unsuccessful attempt to rise above the 0.5975 level, the price began to decline, breaking through the key support levels of 0.5945 and 0.5910. The current price is 0.5890, which is near the local support at 0.5870. The MA (200) H1 moving average has a downward slope and is above current prices, confirming the dominance of the bearish trend. The MACD indicator remains in the negative zone, the histogram continues to show negative values, although there are signs of a decrease in amplitude, which may indicate a slowdown in the current momentum and a possible short-term consolidation or rebound. In the event of a breakdown of the 0.5870 support, the downward movement may intensify with a target at lower levels. If buyers are able to return the price above 0.5910, we can expect an attempt to test the 0.5945 level, but for now the technical picture remains in favor of sellers with a likely continuation of the decline.
