TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “INVEST START” PROMOTION

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for conducting the “INVEST START” Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”), including its duration and format, the procedure for determining results, and the granting of rewards.

1.2. The organizer of the Promotion is TeleTrade D.J. LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). Registration number: 2351 LLC 2022. Address: Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, VC0100, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

1.3. The purpose of the Promotion is to attract new clients to the Organizer and to motivate existing clients by providing material incentives to participants who fulfill the Promotion conditions.

1.4. The Promotion is of a purely incentive nature and is not a lottery.

1.5. The Promotion is conducted worldwide, except in countries where such promotions via the Internet are prohibited.

1.6. Promotion period

from 01.02.2026 to 31.05.2026, according to the following schedule:
01.02.2026 – 31.04.2026 – Stage One: funding a trading account in order to receive a gift trade and participate in the Promotion.
01.05.2026 – 31.05.2026 – Stage Two: final settlement upon the Client’s request.

1.7. These Terms and Conditions, as well as any amendments and additions thereto, are published on the Internet at https://teletrade.org/.

1.8. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance by the participant of all Promotion terms.

1.9. These Terms and Conditions constitute a public offer by the Organizer to participate in the Promotion under the conditions set forth herein. Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur when an individual performs the actions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

1.10. Promotion participants may be clients who have a trading account opened prior to the start of the Promotion, as well as clients who open a trading account with the Organizer during the Promotion period, provided that they meet the following requirements:

• an individual with full legal capacity who has reached the age of 18;
• not an employee of the Organizer.

2. Procedure for Participation

2.1. In order to participate in the Promotion, an individual who meets the requirements specified in clause 1.10 of these Terms and Conditions must perform the following actions:

• fund any trading account with an amount sufficient for participation:
  Invest Start BITCOIN – https://www.teletrade.org/promotions/investstart2 – from USD 1,000 to USD 10,000,
  through one or more payments during Stage One of the Promotion.
• once the total amount of deposits equals the amount the Client plans to use in the Promotion, the Client must click the “Open Trade” button in the Personal Area under Promotions / Invest Start.

2.2. Funding of a trading account refers exclusively to the deposit of funds and excludes transfers between accounts within the Personal Area, transfers between accounts of different clients within the company, deposits through partner accounts, as well as deposits made by withdrawing funds from company accounts. Position calculations are performed in USD. If an account is funded in another currency, conversion is carried out at the exchange rate of the trading platform.

2.3. Participation in the Promotion is allowed only once. Simultaneous participation in two Invest Start promotions is prohibited.

3. Promotion Conditions

3.1. The Promotion conditions are available at:

3.2. Based on the amount of funds credited to the account during the Promotion and displayed in the special section of the Personal Area under Promotions / Invest Start, at the moment the Client clicks the “Open Trade” button, a purchase trade for the asset is opened on a special account at the market price on the date the Client agrees to participate in the Promotion.

3.2.1. The maximum trade size on behalf of the Company may not exceed USD 10,000 (Invest Start BITCOIN – https://www.teletrade.org/promotions/investstart2).

3.2.2. All transactions and the financial result of the trade are displayed on a special account, the status of which is recorded in the Promotions / Invest Start section and updated twice daily.

3.3. Until the end of Stage One of the Promotion specified on the special landing page
Invest Start BITCOIN – https://www.teletrade.org/promotions/investstart2, the Client is not entitled to dispose of the financial result of the Company’s trade.

3.4. During Stage Two of the Promotion specified on the special landing page
Invest Start BITCOIN – https://www.teletrade.org/promotions/investstart2, the Client may close the trade at any time, provided that the following trading volume condition is met: for every USD 1,000 participating in the Promotion, a trading volume of 8 lots must be completed during the Promotion period.
Within the Promotion, 1 lot equals a position volume with a nominal value of USD 100,000. The calculated trading volume is adjusted proportionally, taking into account the ratio of the Client’s own funds to the total amount of funds in the trading account that was funded with the larger amount during the Promotion period.
To receive profit to the real trading account, the Client must click the “Close Trade” button.

3.5. If the Client takes no action to close the trade during Stage Two of the Promotion, the trade and its result will be canceled on the Promotion end date – 31.05.2026 (Invest Start BITCOIN – https://www.teletrade.org/promotions/investstart2).

3.6. The financial result obtained as a result of closing the trade at the Client’s request (clause 3.4) is recorded in the Promotions / Invest Start section.

3.6.1. In the event of profit and fulfillment of the trading volume condition, the full amount of profit is credited to the Client’s trading account that received the largest total funding during the Promotion period (from the Promotion start date specified on the landing page until the Client agrees to participate by clicking “Open Trade”).

3.6.2. In the event of a loss, the financial result is compensated at the Company’s own expense.

3.6.3. If the trading volume condition is not met or if the Client fails to close the trade, no profit is paid to the Client.

3.6.4. Any withdrawal of funds during the Promotion period, as well as transfers between accounts, terminates participation in the Promotion and cancels the promotional trade.

3.7. Information on the current fulfillment of the trading volume condition is displayed in the Promotions / Invest Start section and updated twice daily.

3.8. All payments to client accounts are made at the Organizer’s own expense.

3.9. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to pay out profit from the promotional trade in case of detection of violations by the Promotion participant.

4. Additional Information

4.1. Clients are responsible for the independent payment of any taxes that may arise from receiving funds from the Organizer.

4.2. The Organizer does not reimburse or compensate any losses, expenses, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with participation in the Promotion.

4.3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.

4.4. The Organizer reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or any other contact with Promotion participants.

4.5. Participation in the Promotion constitutes consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data for the purpose of providing services and forming a loyalty client base.

4.6. The Organizer has the right to change the Promotion period at any time by publishing updated conditions at the address specified in clause 1.6 of these Terms and Conditions.

4.7. Any matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Organizer’s country of registration.
