General Motors (GM) reported Q4 FY 2020 earnings of $1.93 per share (versus $0.05 per share in Q4 FY 2019), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.61 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $37.500 bln (+21.7% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $36.341 bln.
The company also issued downside guidance for FY 2021, projecting EPS of $4.50-5.25 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $6.04.
GM rose to $56.62 (+1.00%) in pre-market trading.
Coca-Cola (KO) reported Q4 FY 2020 earnings of $0.47 per share (versus $0.44 per share in Q4 FY 2019), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.42 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $8.600 bln (-5.5% y/y), roughly in line with analysts’ consensus estimate of $8.619 bln.
KO rose to $50.75 (+2.11%) in pre-market trading.
Lyft (LYFT) reported Q4 FY 2020 loss of $0.58 per share (versus -$1.19 per share in Q4 FY 2019), better than analysts’ consensus estimate of -$0.68 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $0.570 bln (-44.0% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.561 bln.
LYFT rose to $60.00 (+11.86%) in pre-market trading.
Twitter (TWTR) reported Q4 FY 2020 earnings of $0.38 per share (versus $0.15 per share in Q4 FY 2019), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.31 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $1.290 bln (+28.1% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.188 bln.
The company also issued in-line guidance for Q1 FY 2021, projecting revenues of $0.94-1.04 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.965 bln.
TWTR rose to $62.70 (+4.73%) in pre-market trading.
Cisco (CSCO) reported Q2 FY 2021 earnings of $0.79 per share (versus $0.77 per share in Q2 FY 2020), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.75 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $11.960 bln (-0.4% y/y), roughly in line with analysts’ consensus estimate of $11.903 bln.
The company also issued guidance for Q3 FY 2021, projecting EPS of $0.80-0.82 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.81 and revenues of $12.40-12.64 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $12.32 bln.
Cisco increased quarterly dividend by 3% to $0.37/share from $0.36/share.
CSCO fell to $46.25 (-4.64%) in pre-market trading.
